According to the data issued by the customs, the tungsten products export of Jiangxi got to USD0.1 billion in H1, up by 31 . 23%; and that of rare earth was much more stronger, getting to USD0 . 31 billion in the first half of this year, up by 481%; while that of silver was USD27 . 54 million, which had no export performance in the same period last year . In H1, the export value of rare earth, tungsten and silver amounted to USD0 . 437 billion, which was 2 . 93 times as much as that of the same period last year and the proportion it occupied in the total export value of the province also increased by 2 . 73 percentage points to 4 . 9%.
In addition, the Commerce Department gave 3,380 tons of rare earth export quota to Jiangxi this year, up by 192 tons from the previous year while the national rare earth quota decreased slightly. Moreover, the proportion that the export quota of Jiangxi occupied in the national rare earth quota also increased to 11 . 2% from the 10 . 53% of last year .
